Stonewall Inn

The National Park Foundation created a launch to announce that they will be adding the famous Stonewall Inn to their list of protected monuments during the Gay Pride parade in June 2016. For the commencement and announcement of the Stonewall Inn we were tasked with creating an interactive bus video to be featured on their float during the parade. In addition we created campaign collateral, digital assets, and OOH ad placement. These OOH ads were used all throughout NYC on billboards, bus shelters, and subway ads. Due to the iconic store-front and visual reference that the Stonewall Inn represents for American history and the LGBTQIA community we wanted to honor its legacy. To do this we kept the concept simple by placing the famous ‘PARK’ logo on top of the building facade, and utilizing the colors of the LGBTQIA flag. This launch was a monumental moment in history for the National Park Foundation and for the cultural and social recognition given to the Stonewall Inn.
