Ideated, created, directed and execute a paid media campaign video featuring Martha Stewart and Bretman Rock to launch Maybelline’s new Surreal Mascara. Bretman Rock is getting ready for his day until he is transported to a ‘Surreal-licious’ universe where Martha Stewart awaits. Bretman shares his Surreal Mascara with Martha, and both are transported back to real life with fabulous lashes.
The challenge was to effectively bring the ‘Surreal-licious’ universe to life while incorporating the key product benefits and welcoming the talent's authentic tones. The goal was to raise product awareness through both paid media and fast-paced organic social.
